Payments
For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Pay pal. We also offer a layaway plan to help extend your payment for up to 4 months. We prefer 1/3 down and monthly payments but will be happy to work with you on a personal need basis.
Returns & Refund Policy
We at Ambiance Home assure complete satisfaction. If not satisfied we will gladly refund your purchase less the original shipping costs to and from the contracted destination and restocking fees will apply. If a piece arrives damaged, you must notify the driver so they can note the bill of lading and it can be loaded back on the truck and returned to us immediately. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect all furniture thoroughly at the time of delivery. You must contact us for authorization prior to returning any piece. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. Refunds will be completed within 15-30 days depending on claim or shipping situation, and returned items are received back in our warehouse.
Bed Options
If you are purchasing a bed from us, we would like you to know that all of our beds do come with the original side rails unless otherwise noted. The majority of our beds can be converted to a queen size if you prefer. A full/double mattress is 54-55” wide x 74-76” long. A queen mattress is 60” x 80” long. We recommend the beds being at least 60” wide, the wider the bed, the better the conversion will look. We use the original side rails in all of our conversions. Shipping
We ship throughout the United States and International as well. Shipping fees are calculated based on weight and distance. For larger items, we offer other services. For faster delivery, we can box and deliver items to your door via freight carriers at a low price and fully insured. Our fine furniture pieces are packaged quite securely to minimize the possibility of damage. We also offer a white glove delivery service on many of our items for a small additional cost. With our white glove delivery service, our bonded and insured drivers will carefully blanket wrap your pieces and place them on our moving trucks. Each price is determined solely by the purchased item. Your item(s) will remain on this one truck until it reaches your desired destination. Your item will be brought to your destination and placed wherever you would like it (1st floor only, additional costs may apply if otherwise) by bonded and insured drivers. Pick up is always welcome at our showroom location.
